He doesn't have to..but moving forward would be wise to...thus attracting more customers as we transition to more evs.Getting back to the OP's original post, if I remember correctly this chap was on South Today last week. He owns Highlands End, and pointed out that they don't have to supply petrol or diesel, so why should they provide car charging points?
As it says in the original post. "despite many of his guests needing them" already..
