No matter if it's your "thing" or not, there's clearly a lot of hard work and thought that has gone into this very nice, high quality conversion.

Nice to see a small British business producing great niche products.

I've seen a few self-converted horse boxes. I always wonder if they ever get rid of the smell from the previous occupants. :)

I wish him well but "glamping" comes to mind. For which there is a market of course. It would be perfect for Glastonbury. :)

Yes, I bet the more hastily converted ones don't! In this case though it looks like the box was taken right back to the frame, with new flooring and the original hardwood sides re-planed, so that should definitely erase any lingering odours.

I could quite fancy doing an old Bedford TK as a project. Highly unlikely as I've always got 10,000 other things to do first, starting with finishing restoring my money pit of an old house! :D

Converted horseboxes are quite popular amongst the "covert" camper group .

Those old Bedford's seem to just go on and on forever, provided the tinworm doesn't get too much of foothold in the cab.

I do believe she has replaced the cab...

She and friends worked on it for months to get it going again...
