I don't subscribed to the "doom and gloom" stories of Autogas becoming scarce, but you do have to plan ahead, that's for sure.

We are lucky in the PE1 - PE6 area as we have about 5 x outlets, with the Flogas Depot being the cheapest.

If I know I'll be coming home from the wrong direction, I just top up somewhere else en route.

On the way home this morning I called in to fill up the lpg, arrived there and it was unavailable as the tank had to be moved - should be ready in a couples of weeks. I went on the myLPG.eu app to find another one, there was only one 3 miles from my home at a shell garage on the A21 which I didn't know sold it - not as cheap as the other garage but 16ltrs @ 99p won't break the bank. Good free app if anyone hasn't downloaded it, should have checked on the app first thing as it said my other garage was temporally closed. It gives recent prices per litre and locations.

If you are coming south on M5 Marquis Motorhomes Exeter ( EX2 7JL) have just a had a large LPG tank installed. Just off J30 of the M5.

We filled up here on Thursday having tried several places the week before in the NE, then tried Woodall Services which were empty.

When we arrived at this place the gate was closed but they open it up, plenty of room to turn round!

Just filled up at good old Morrisons just outside Spaulding on A16 78P a litre…All so just before Dover docks LPG 99p

We tend to use Hansard Haulage near Caistor on the A46 if heading south. Not cheap but easy access even with a toad attached and they fill it for you. I always phone ahead but they have never been out of gas.

Also BP station just off A16 Louth.

Both of the above are on the LPG sites
