Honfleur Aire Quai Nord - EHU

I'm an idiot. I always thought it was 240v. Just tried it and working fine off grid. Not sure how much power it will take so will monitor the leisure batteries (x2) on the panel.
I'm not an expert but once it's up and locked on it won't use anything. The decoder uses very little.

We loved Honfleur. Great buildings and a huge market on the Saturday morning. The Aire is still quite busy in October.

Yes I stopped going years ago because Aire was so busy. It was really unpleasant.
Window getting thumped at 7.30am by someone who'd been blocked in by another van . Elderly couple having dinner in the two foot space between vans was pretty funny .
Good to hear the Aire is better organised now , I may go back

If you try to run your fridge on ehu, it will likely cut out as the voltage drops, we run ours from battery, which is then topped up from the ehu.
Depends on the fridge, a lot of the Dometic ones fall over if the voltage drops too much below 200v.
They try to light on gas but because of the stupid firmware the fridge sees a mains connection so the gas valve stays closed and it constantly tries to light a non exsistant gas supply.

We will be passing by the door almost on the way to Nantes.
Is the Aire at Honflure quiet say 10/11am.?
Having the trailer we need a bit of space.
Only intending to have a walkabouts for a couple of hours.

As you are going at the end of Feb there should be plenty of space.

Another point if you power 12 volt becomes too low to operate the dish just start the engine and it will slowly close

That time of day, excellent time to arrive as lots will be leaving.
