Holiday cancellation insurance just for UK to cover late cancellation of site charges.

I personally would not have claimed on my permanent holiday insurance for this, it was just one of those unfortunate things.

What peeved me was the negative changes to the ‘members’ under the pretext of trying to root out ‘speculative bookings’ then its even worse for someone who does turn up than it us for someone who doesn’t even show up. Premier Inn I believe let’s you cancel at no cost up to 1300 on the day of arrival and there is no membership subscription involved.

Only if you pay top rate, doubt funsters want multiple rates for pitches. This is York tonight.

Maybe that's an option they could offer no cancellation pitches cheaper ones with a cancellation higher price ( in effect an insurance)
