Holding hab and garage doors open

I use a bungee with plastic hooks from door handle to front wheel.
ditto - the easy but effective solution the only issue being brake dust/dirt on the bungee/hands - like the look of the sucker.

Thanks Minxy Girl. Worth looking at your suggestion

Don't have much of a problem hooking it around the wheel trims, probably worse if you have posy alloys.

Our Burstner has door 4x holders like those in the picture from Danger Mousy. All of them are great when there isn’t a breath of wind but even the lightest breeze and the door they are holding pulls out of the holder. Does anyone have any tips on how to get these to work better.
We have Burstner 690G and find the bungee connected to drivers door best solution. I must say can’t understand why the manufacturers get away with such shoddy work after all we are none of us are paying shoddy money for their products. It’s the sort of fault you don’t notice until you go away for the first time and when you complain you just get a shrug of the shoulders from the dealer “sorry not our fault”, which of course it isn’t!

That's why I don't use them to strap down luggage on the motorbike. Dangerous things.
We dont use tight bungees just long and slack enough to do the job without stretching. We also only have plastic covered hooks. They just stop the door from closing. Has worked v well for past 5 years, certainly not taut enough to ping.
