I should have learnt from last year’s theft of burger but no I’m now a sausage less breakfast roll as a seagull has just nicked it from the Cadac.

You may have noticed (but probably not) that I've gone. I did take a look around to say my goodbyes but you were all out on bracing walks.....or maybe still in bed!

Another BIG thankyou, that really helped!, Shall be getting some ICE GEL, safe journey, will keep that , until our paths cross again
