Just looking
I just wondering if you guys can tell what items or tools do you need the most and important for you when you are travelling in your motorhome. Also perhaps if you find any problem and you need tools to fix it but they hardly to find. I'm asking as I wanted to find out what items that demanded the most in motorhome industry so I can sell the items you need.

Just because I don't like grotty campsites doesn't mean I don't like corks in my wine bottles.
I like wine in mine...

I was going to say toilet paper, but then realised I used my coffee mug a lot more.

So,
Coffee Mug, Coffee, Tea spoon and kettle would be top of the list.

You use your coffee mug 😰😰😰

Edit should have read to the end before posting 🤣🤣

Is that true any more - most are screwcaps these days
Some, I would say, not most in the U.K. And having a screw cap doesn’t mean the wine is inferior Lenny HB

Although it is unusual (in my experience) to find many screw topped wines in French supermarkets

Earplugs for when I am driving, do I need to explain 🥴
I was stopped by the Police driving down the motorwaylast year. 'Excuse me sir,' the Officer said,'You wife fell out of your vehicle 2 junctions ago' ...'

'Thank heavens, Officer,' I said, 'For the last 30 minutes, I thought I had gone deaf ...'

I think all wine bottles should now have screwcaps - corks were fine and dandy ----in the 18th century? :Eeek:
Surely having to pull a bottle stopper out with a screwed tool is a palaver and a bit primitive?:drinks:

THE single most important item you need is.....a LIST. The LIST will include things like tools etc. Remember you cannot go anywhere or do anything without a LIST.

Now get busy and copy down all the suggestions above and you will now have the major elements of a LIST. This will enable you to cross check that you've got everything you'll ever need (allegedly ).

I urge the development of said LIST as it helps reduce the stress usually induced by the famous cry of "YOU'VE forgotten X, Y or Z" (or all three, if you are really unlucky)😭:swear2:

Do that and Robert will be your uncle, although these days he may dress up and present as your Aunt. 😮

Enjoy your adventures!

I left home this morning without the toilet cassette. More than a little inconvenient. Add that to the list.
Luckily had an empty bottle. Add that to the list as well. 😅
You mean you haven't got a spare in the van.
Might have to throw you out of the FLT club.

EHU lead and a fan heater for when the Truma goes all traumatic.

A box of matches for when the hob won't ignite cos the sparky thing goes inop. Also your neighbour will forget to bring his matches.

Even when travelling light with empty tanks, enough water in a container for a brew and to flush the loo. We usually carry a 10 litre container with a pouring nozzle which doubles as a fresh tank filling carrier when you can get near a tap or can't be a****d to get the hose out only to have to drain it properly before you can put it away.

Other than that, a reel of gaffa, cable ties of various lengths, and a box of assorted hose fixings for the myriad of fresh water taps one comes across on one's travels.
Just referring to the first paragraph, ( wish I knew how to do that technically) we also travel with a water container with spout 10L , so handy to have, actually we never really use the main water tank cause its so easy to stroll to a tap and refill the 10L rather than hoses etc, similarly we just use a collapse bucket for waste and empty it daily, more often than not using site facilities for washing up and showers, those huge water tanks are wasted on us, but everyone has different needs. it also means if we use the PVC for a day van we can brew up easily using the 10L that we keep half full in the van.

It's quite simple and you have got most of the way there. 👍
After you hit the quote button, it puts the whole quoted post in the box. Go into the box and delete everything you don't want. Then click below the box and put in whatever you want to post.

Good luck .

My good lady, who is also navigator, and good buddy. It would be no fun at all without her.
My lady is those things, but not a good navigator, even though she was a driving instructor, still cannot get 'Left' and 'Right' correct - neither in Polish nor English.

She is excellent cook also.
