I was just wondering if there is any way that when I'm traveling from France to Italy there is a different route with no big heights I have bad anxiety with heights not going to next June if any one would have any ideas please

Perhaps a ferry might be the best option for you? I haven't used these myself but they may give you an idea.

Freedom, Iā€™m struggling to understand your fear of heights, is it mountainous regions you are referring to?

I have a mate with the same problem.
From memory there is no route between France and Italy that does not involve some pretty high viaducts, especially as you emerge from the tunnels.

The only real solution is to have someone else drive that section and close your eyes.

or take the boat. (Nice to Corsica to Livorno)
or cross via Austria, the route via Vienna would be fine, but it's a very long way around
