Following the success of Funsters attending last years Steam Rally, we have been invited again, so clearly did not disgrace ourselves too much!

The tickets will be on-line shortly, but I thought we would put it up here so people can plan. Camping tickets with admission will be £70 per pitch which I believe is the same as last year.

Anyone fancy steering a traction engine? Come to Henham and you can sign up to steer one of the engines for a small charitable donation. Not something that has been possible for the last few years.

I told you that post in Suffolk is awful. We are in the next county to where they were posted (Norfolk), yet they get to the far tip of Cornwall a day faster!

The online booking for this ends on 5th September. After that, folks can still pay on the gate, albeit at a higher fee.

Have not heard if chaser is attending, or if he is bringing 1 or 157 tractors!

Also of interest if anyone has a classic car, bike, commercial vehicle, or static engine etc. See the exhibit section on the web-site should anyone have anything they want to show.

hi we are coming to the steam rally on Friday we were unable to commit to online booking so will therefore be paying on the gate. We have contacted the organisers and because we are fun members they asked us to inform you of our arrival.

Just a note. If we get parked where we did last year is a long walk for water and even then, demand was high and pressure low. If you arrive fairly well topped up for the weekend you could save yourselves some angst.

Hi late decision but we should be able to attend arriving Saturday early pm leaving Sunday at finish off the show, will pay on the gate and bring full water tank many years since attending a Henham steam rally, I would deffo have been in short trousers and remember watching Dick Joyce driving a beautiful scale model showmans engine around etc.
