I might be going mad, but I’m sure I read that the fridge & the step are on the same fuse somewhere?
Same here. I'm sure that was mentioned not that long ago.Youve got my memory banks working now and I think there are some legs in your thoughts
The fridge control board and the step are often on a 'permanent live' circuit that doesn't go off when the habitation 12V power switch is off on the display panel. They may even be on the same fuse. They also stay on when Brit MHs cut off all the habitation circuits when the engine starts.I might be going mad, but I’m sure I read that the fridge & the step are on the same fuse somewhere?
I will have a look tomorrow. ThanksThere will be a separate Sargent EM40 or EM50 interface unit in addition to the EC400. This interfaces between the vehicle electrics and the hab electrics. It contains fuses and relays and a D+ signal path and will control the step auto-retract, fridge (on whist driving) and also provide a fused connection between the vehicle and hab batteries.
In my van (Autotrail) the EM40 is located in the floor behind the drivers seat. I suspect you may have an EM50 - Not sure where it will be located. Check cupboards, lockers, etc.

Can you tell me which one is f49 pleaseMy autocruise/Swift van is not fitted with a EM module either. The link to the cab electrics is at the point you have found at the bottom of the B pillar instead.
Are you able to confirm that there is voltage getting to pin 13 from the dash fuse F49 on the 15 way coach-builders socket at that location to enable relay operation .
I have no voltage to marked fusesCan you tell me which one is f49 please
