Help Hot Water Leak

Thank you all for your contributions - because it’s still under warranty we’re waiting to hear from the dealer. But it’s been very useful to hear opinions as to the cause of the problem. We’ve been quoted £108 + postage for a new part to repair it ?
But your replies have helped a lot to understand the problem
That price is the frost prevention valve not the valve you took picture of. I also had the frost valve replaced so the bit you showed is the cheap bit

Hi one and all, I've just seen this post and guys you're all nearly right. As it is all sorted now it is immaterial
But ... the red tee piece assembly is an " Integrated Ventilating Valve ", the clear pipe doesn't need a pressure tight connection as it is only to allow air into the top of the boiler when draining down.
The red pipe is the hot water outlet for all your motorhome and the clear hose attached, is a breather pipe to allow air into the boiler for draining purposes. Without air intake above the tank water level a vacuum would be created and thus prevent/slow the water from draining.
When the water level drops it creates a low pressure that opens the air vent valve allowing air in. When the pressure increases ..( filling the bolier), the valve closes./or not if faulty.

Often crud, scale will get on the valve seating and prevent it closing properly, hence water will flow through the valve and out through the clear pipe.
Did this a few years ago, click on the link below, give it a look. Although the shape differ nowadays, the principal is the same.
