Help can smell cigarettes

well we have bought our first MH and since we have used it this weekend and had the heating on a smell of cigarettes has appeared, we are both very sensitive to smells and can't believe we didn't smell cigarettes when we viewed it twice before buying! I have washed all curtains and have been fabreezing daily.
If I get the upholstery professionally cleaned will that eliminate the smell? Any advice welcome .

Latest update , we've been away in the van for the weekend and the smell hasn't been noticeable except when the heater is on but it is getting fainter. Our friends that we were away with said they could hardly smell it, and it really wasn't worth worrying about.
I have contacted dealer and they are very apologetic and are having it back it to valet and steam clean it which for some reason should have been done but wasn't , and I mentioned about the heating pipes etc and they are going to sort it out.
