Hells teeth 5 degrees in Spain

Woke up this morning in Lebrija it was only 5 degrees!!!
Now in Badajoz on the aire, brilliant sunshine but only 10/12 degrees.

Always fascinates me that Teruel is only 140km from Valencia yet the winter temp can get down to -20ºc. I know it is at 900m+ above sea level though.

I left the aire in Teruel City on Saturday morning and it was 3 degrees with a warning of ice. The temperature didn't rise above 5 degrees until I got close to Navajas.
