Driving without beam deflectors is irresponsible and could result in death. They deflect the beam to prevent oncoming drivers cyclist's from being blinded ? Anyone who deliberately drives without beam deflectors (obviously when required to do so by law) should be banned from driving.

Its not like THEY can't buy the correct convertors!:BigGrin:
