I understand cracked shower trays are a common issue and, finally, we've fallen victim in our 2008 Apache. I'm going to use some plastic glue as a temporary fix to keep us mobile, but longer term there seem to be a few options. Speedcoat is one, replacement with a fibreglass tray from https://caravanpanels.com/products/cps-autotrail-moto-002-shower-tray seems to be another.

Question is, has anyone removed the tray in a 2008 (or thereabouts) Apache and replaced it with either another plastic one or a fibreglass version?

Mine was particularly bad with cracks to upstand so it was less than straightforward, I dropped it off one morning and collected it the following afternoon , where I took it he has quite a large yard so it may be possible to stay in the van overnight

Speedcoat. Note that they will seal the shower door up while the coating cures/dries for approx 12 hours.
Thanks. I'd likely book into a hotel for a couple of nights. Do these speedcoat firms generally have availability? When I booked the upholstery in it was a six month wait!
