No electric motor.

Don't want to spoil your fun but that model has a well known issue with camshaft failures and apparently there is is no resolution available, something to do with oil ways if I recall correctly.

I’ve got an email from the dealer stating he will cover any future camshaft issues for the next 10 years of the bike. Apparently like everything on the web everyone only writes the negative, I believe only 5% of bikes have been affected, which is 5% too many but I’ll risk those odds. All this has made it so these bikes are going for £6k brand new.
Whether it’s worth the paper it’s written on or not is a different matter.. however if the dealer is bothered about any future business then..


From what I’ve read KTM are only temporarily out whilst they sort their finances out, I can’t imagine they will close the for good.
