Going Crazy.

Truma hating problems! I have an AT Tracker RB 2020 and had an error code 255 come up. I understand this is no coms between the control panel and the boiler. Mistakenley I pressed the reset on the control panel and and I lost all the icons except for the spanner and clock. I cannot get the other icons back. I have tried replacing the coms cable and but the did not work and also checked the power supply on the boiler and this is showing 12 volts across the fuse. Also there is no lights showing on the boiler to do a reset there. I have tried lots of local ( to Ely, Cambridgeshire) engineers or workshops and they are either not interested or booked till May. Help! this is crazy. Suggestions please.

Try a reset on the boiler there is a small button on the PCB under the plastic cover.

Where would this fuse be? Thanks

It would Normally be behind the digital control display near the data lead connections , but may be on your PSU 12v fuses , permanent supplies .
If this is not the cause of the problem Truma technical may be able to advise you 01283 587960
