Germanys September Wanders

You will find some are covered by vegetation, some are missing, and some you will cycle past without seeing, because for some weird reason they only seem to be visible if you are going the other way!

If you come across a number not on your list, stop, check the map, find out where you went wrong.
All the above :giggle:
I had entered the route on the app and that alerts you when we strayed of route.

Folks

Compared to the plan this is where we went.
Various reasons.
We stayed some places longer than planned.
Had a couple of stops in the Netherlands.
We never had time to do the whole route anyway.
Getting onto sites at planned stops was a bit problematic sites were busier than we have found in the past traveling in September.
The route was the right one I think for this year weather wise. the weather was decent with very little rain but a bit cooler than we have had in the past.
I will post a bit more on the individual stops and phots etc later. We have came home to a heep of jobs as usual.

A few picks from Luneburg
We stayed on this site https://www.camproteschleuse.de/ ended up staying three nights there.
It was about 6 km south of the town with a cycle path and a forest walk to take you into the town. The walk started opposite the entrance to the campsite but was not signposted that it went into town but it was a decent path.
Restaurant on site was good but you needed to book.

What's with the door? Looks almost cartoonish when I zoom in.
