Gaslow

Yes, you're correct - from the gaslow website

6kg holds 11.6 litres
11kg holds approx 21 litres

So it's more like 32.6 litres rather than 35 litres ....

But my question was, is there an equivalent underslung tank that can hold more or less the same amount?

Underslung tanks fill to 80% of their total capacity. So tends to be a quick calculator job:

25l tank = 20l gas (10kg gas)
38l tank = approx 30.4l gas (15.2kg gas)

A lot of these figures can be seen from listings in the Autogas2000 shop

Alugas are lighter than Gaslow. 14kg Alugas weighs 10kg empty/24kg full and holds 27.57 litres of propane. I think you may have slightly overestimated your capacities, 1kg of propane is 1.969 litres, 11x1.969=21.66 litres.
Nope a 14kg Alugas weighs 7.5kg empty (6.5kg for the 11kg) so a 14kg full is 21.5kg.

4100kg payload
Are you sure that’s not you Maximum Gross Weight of your van? The payload will be a lot less than that?🤔

Lots of petrol stations stopping selling LPG as EV’s become more common.
Still selling petrol though? Seems weird that the increase in EVs has any effect on LPG sales?

There seems to be something perverse about fewer cars using LPG when it is environmentally better than either petrol or diesel. OK it is still a fossil fuel and will have to be phased out if we are to meet our carbon dioxide targets but really it shouldn’t be the first one sacrificed.

Yes agree, also the intent is to keep all the LPG infrastructure but replace the fuel with a bio product which is carbon neutral, I understand.

Yes they all eventually wander off topic, just like ordinary conversations do. Part of the Fun.
