Gaslow Wave showing full (1 Viewer)

Hi, I’ve just installed a Gaslow wave on to a Gaslow cylinder.
Very easy to do, but it’s reading full when the cylinder is nearly empty.
Any ideas before I contact Hamilton’s?

When my newly installed Wave wasn't reading correctly I was told by Gaslow to loosen the 'valve' & turn it back & forth. It did the trick.

Interesting, what’s meant by the valve? The gas on and off turn valve?

Yes that’s worked, although it needed quite a bit of rotating to get it to register zero continuously. Thank you so much for your help.
