Gaslow problem

Just filled up the Gaslow cylinder and the gauge is showing full. Opened the outlet valve but no gas coming out.
Any ideas ?

Not sure if Gaslow has one but check the crash sensor button, you may need to press this in too.

Has it been working O.K. previously after a refill or is the first time you've put gas in and tried to light an appliance?

Found the problem There is a rubber washer in the adaptor piece between the outlet connection of the cylinder and the pigtail to the regulator.
When I put the pigtail back onto the gaslow cylinder, I tightened the adapter piece too much and it squashed the rubber washer - blocking the outlet hole. Embarrassed to say the least. Undid the adapter piece a little bit and hey presto. Gas with no leaks.
