Not sure if Gaslow has one but check the crash sensor button, you may need to press this in too.

I'm a newbie, but owned a caravan about 30 years ago.
Found the problem :eek: There is a rubber washer in the adaptor piece between the outlet connection of the cylinder and the pigtail to the regulator.
When I put the pigtail back onto the gaslow cylinder, I tightened the adapter piece too much and it squashed the rubber washer - blocking the outlet hole. Embarrassed to say the least. Undid the adapter piece a little bit and hey presto. Gas with no leaks. (y)
