One of our jets appears to be blocked, no smell or sound of gas when turned on is can see the jet but no idea how to get it out, hope it can be done from the top. Dont fancy taking the fridge out to get to it from below.
thanks in advance

It may depend how old it is but I recently cleaned all the burners on my hob. There are 2 screws on the top of the burners I undid these and the full burner came off leaving everything easy to clean. I used a toothbrush with a strong degreaser to do it. All fine now
Cheers, Dave

Thanks Dave Dave and Jen we have taken the 2 screws out and managed to sort out one burner, but there is just no gas coming out the third. Think we need to fit a socket over the jet to remove it, not got one small enough with us will have a go when we get home, managing on 2 this week, thank goodness for the Cadac and the remoska.

Don't use fuse wire as it is too soft and could break in the hole, buy a proper pricker.
