Garmin maps question (1 Viewer)

I've been browsing the online manual for my 890, trying to ascertain what the blue lines are highlighting/marking some roads.
Can somebody put me out of misery ?

Yeah, but no, but ...
Looking at Google maps, there are one way streets both sides of Padre Claret, but Garmin doesn't have blue lines on the eastern side. Plus, some of the blue lines correspond to two way streets ...

The entire area is a maze of one way streets that you would not want to take a large vehicle down.
