Never heard of it before but note in the description "not compatible with commercial vehicles with a J1939 connector".
Are Ducato's et al "commercial vehicles"?:unsure:

No idea so you could be (probably are) right but thought it was worthwhile just pointing out the comment on Garmin website.

The last Garmin we had you had to use a genuine Garmin lead as the aerial for the traffic was in it.
They're doing away with "RF" traffic updates and replacing it with mobile phone app \ data now.
