Bananagrams - like Scrabble without a board... but so much better... different game options too...

Sedge and I have been playing crib fairly continuously since we first went camping on a motorbike when at first, we too scored on bits of paper - plain backs of receipts, ripped up empty fag packets etc. We then invested in a folding crib board (exactly same size as a pack of cards) and haven't looked back since.

We also recorded both our wins for a whole year, once - and it was more or less equal.

What a lot of suggestions, I'm definitely going to get some of these - as long as nothing is too big because with a 5.4m van and limited storage space for 2 adults and 2 dogs we have to be clever with how things are put away, fed up with opening upper lockers to be bombarded with the contents!

Will have to look up grand hotel, not seen that one!
If we ever meet on a campsite we could do a games evening.
