We moved our booking to Pont Aven, just come back. Lovely ship

Delayed or cancelled 3 times in 5 years when we were booked on it. On one occasion we had to motorcycle all the way through France in order to get to Spain and Portugal, instead of Plymouth / Santander.

Another time, whilst enjoying a few days in Cadiz, I received an email…….Pont Aven broken, you’ve got three days to get to Bilbao or ‘Pick a northern French Port’. We’d already lost the first 3 days of our holiday as it was broken then as well.

Nice ship though.

Yes, I know Pont has been plagued with issues. We were on it when an engine failed (does it have four ?). But not when it was on fire thankfully.

We received automatic compensated for the delay.

Miss the cap Finistere that we never had an issue with.
