funsters clique

That's sad Jim, I have to agree I have met some whose company I prefer to others, but haven't yet met anyone yet who I really wouldn't want to meet again, but then I haven't met Tootles yet.

I've met Dawn B at 2 meets. Yet to meet Tootles but we have something in common, our respect for Dawn B.:rofl::rofl:
We are arranging for her to be parked between us at Peterborough, a ring of steel will be erected and are little clique will be formed. :clap2::clap2:

Good, glad to hear it(y)....they have a bad rep sometimes.....but it's usually been because the owner has not been good:mad: (imho)

My lad doing what Staffs do best, making friends.

Here is a clique. Sitting with French, German, Dutch and Belgians that we only met on the Aire that week. :france:
I love company, always head for a crowd, can't sit quietly, don't do quiet! :party2:

I never said anyone was rude!

I have read your original post a few times now as well as comments by others. People seem to have various views about your experience. I am still not clear about what actually happened at Portimao. I am particularly concerned as I was there at the time. I was parked next to other members but have no recollection of you speaking with us. We met and socialised with a number of different people, both members and non members.
Please, what actually happened?

I think that you can be rest assured that I am the most genteel and God loving of men. I will greet you with a winning smile, a firm shake of your only hand, and do absolutely promise not to strike matches on your wooden leg. (y) I'm sure we will get on like famous old chums........(y)(y)(y)
Ahhh, the stunning Dawn! So looking forwards to making your acquaintance, with a friendly hug, a peck on the cheek, and a stroke of your wig. :)

Exact. I regard Dawn as but a beautiful desert island, which shimmers in a clear sun speckled ocean. :) Her hair, blowing like the restless palms upon a warm Southern breeze, her lips, sun kissed by the heat of the tropics, sensual and welcoming, just as the beach welcomes us all, and lastly, her hips, so reminiscent of the old tramp steamer that sunk in the lagoon in 1924, its bulwarks rusting slowly with age. Check for a knife in her hand first.

You'll get in trouble talking bulwarks. You would be safer sticking to your usual similar sounding practice :D

@souix as you can see we are way off topic again :)

Hope to meet you soon and I promise we will speak and be friendly. As long as we don't have any urgent appointments we will also ask you in for a cuppa and cake - and if we are dashing off somewhere will see if you are free later.

:)

........and you think that you are the only one?

Looking forward to meeting at Peterborough - please come and find us before you find Dawn, though........;)
Right. I will probably be dragging her unconscious behind me though.......:)
