Help please if possible.

Will anyone be coming A1 North at all, from the Witham/Maldon area of Essex over the next 2 - 3 x weeks please?
We need to try and arrange collection of an item of compact camping equipment at 2 x metres long and weighing 13 x Kgs.

The other alternative (but at a stretch) could be, if anyone from that area is going to the Swaffham Bash?

Thorpe isn't far from Maldon, JockandRita and Stow Maries is probably a couple of miles away if they don't mind holding it for you?

I'm often up and down the A12 and if I am down that way I could poss collect and bring it to Thorpe if they want it 'gone' asap?

We bought a copy of quest from vevor at Christmas and I thought it was heavier than that. Just checked on Google and 12.8kg same as the quest. Obviously not as strong as I used to be

Had a few in the past (reselling and personal use), and the number of times we were asked to post them was ridiculous, no way was I going to mess about trying to parcel one up and then find a courier to take it.

It reminds me of one funsters who bought one and collected it, shortly after he got in touch to say it wasn't any good as there was no way to do it ... turned out he was putting it up inside out!

Jock, don't be tempted to use the Shiply courier platform, it's full of cowboys and although you'll be offered a delivery charge of a couple of quid, you'll never see the awning.

Ive used Shipley a few times, without a problem.
