We are in France (second day out) and this warning light came on.:unsure: See photo below
Its on a 2018 Peugeot auto sleeper neuvo
Is it an easy fix or do I need to take my van to a garage?
If it’s an easy fix what do I do to fix it?
Thanks for any advice offer

Same thing happened to us a couple of years ago in Carcassonne. I spoke to Adams Morey (our usual garage) and they recommended getting it replaced at a local garage. We called our breakdown service who rocked up with a 'low loader'. With a lot of Google translate and chuckles we were directed to a local garage (we went the next morning) who fitted a new filter.

On mine it was the fuel filter leaking, and diesel running down onto the plug. Actually worked out well as a warning. If it is water in the FF then as said they have a drain cap on the bottom. Unscrew to loosen and let the water out. This will be at the bottom until good diesel runs out.

I was out on Motorbike on Sunday, followed a motorhome that was leaking diesel, must have followed it for 2 miles before I pulled off the road.

No diesel leak visible as long as I’m looking at the right part. Last time looked they were glass so you could see the water

Definitely an adblue light. Just get the adblue topped up.drive a few miles and it should go out. (y)
Check put your peugeot handbook before going to garage. Adblue just needs topping up.

If it’s flashing with a message then it’s adBlue, otherwise water in fuel filter. The silver nut with a nipple on the top needs to have a tube attached and drained into a jar by opening the nut. Worst case loads of rag if no tubing. It’s likely to make a bit of mess this way though.

It was the adBlue I noticed the message saying it needed filling up when I started up the engine but it disappeared after 30 seconds just the water in fuel filter light on.
THANKS FOR THE HELPFUL ADVICE

Plenty of adblue about. Just check the prices.
