Fridge on gas is an issue any advice?

gas valve is two stage with wires to each side should get 1.5 volts to each side to earth i doubt its the valve as its opening and closing in your video

Im going to take it out and clean it just for the sake of it!. if that's the case I'm only really left with replacing the burner control relay thing

Well it was the burner control relay that was the issue. Put a new one in this morning and it lit and stayed lit first time!

I didn't change that part initially as the blooming thing occasionally worked!!! At least I now know how to rewire the main cables anyway!!!
