Fridge not automatically restarting (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks, I’ve a small problem with my refrigerator in our Swift Select 122, I can switch fridge on whilst stationary and it starts no problem, I can start the engine the fridge stays on , no problem, I turn the engine off and the fridge goes off, but doesn’t come back on till i turn Main Control panel back on, is this normal, only if i forget to turn back on and go out for the day fridge could defrost, Tia, Andy

After the engine has been run the fridge won't restart on gas for aproxx 15 min.

Sorry should of said its only a compressor fridge, only runs on 12v

Lenny, would this delay apply the same with the 12v

Fairly certain it won't, sounds like a fault on the control circuit of the fridge.

sounds to me that it is wired up for 3 way fridge .. did someone change it to a compressor ?

My compressor fridge has an independent 12v fused supply , does not go via the control; panel ..so is 'aways on' until you switch it off in the fridge cabinet
