Fridge Fan

Well if your happy.....

Do it nice or do it twice is what I say.....I got my Titan set up for 45 quid, no scratting about bodging things with bits and pieces.
Didn't bodge mine,,been working perfectly now for six months a year in Spain for the last 4 years..Not bad for a fiver,a plug four screws and a length of wire..BUSBY.

Like I said....if your happy 👍🏼

But isn't that the essence of MHF. The minimum requirements (a powered fan, cable and switch) many will have kicking about while others will just buy the made to measure kit. Like comparing a £20k van with £120k van - both are equally as good depending on your budget and requirements.
PS see the VPN is working :)

Hijacking thread for a quick question. I have a domectic 84something something fridge ~ standard 90L fridge in a PVC. Vents are the ls200 version - again standard. Is the Titan 120mm version too big? A guide on Amazon says the 90mm is recommended for the ls200 but the dimensions suggest the 120mm should be fine.

120mm fans fit our top vent perfectly :

And that’s why I love this forum. Not only an answer but I now know how I’ll mount them as well. Call me a dreamer for thinking I’ll A: be using my camper this summer and B: it’ll be somewhere warm enough to need this!
Thanks
Rory

We're off to Spain as soon as possible 😎
I take the louvers off when there to let the heat rise out easier too 👌

That's alright as long as you don't over do it. Remember the condenser is designed to be static, and the refrigeration system is driven by heat. My fans gently remove the heat and when the cool end gets to about 40°c they switch off. 😊
Mine ticks over at low speed when on, until temperature recorded above the condensor reaches 35'c, then it speeds up in stages, depending on the temperature. By using just one fan more specifically placed, it also saves on draw on power. I have it on a small illuminated rocker switch, and just power it when needed.
