@andy63 very intrigued by you kayak rack on the van, have you a link to the manufacture please? Woukd it take two kayaks?

Hi Sandra .Colin sorry for the delay but I've been paddling most of today.
Sandra has posted the link to the firm who make the carrier and Ken has added his comments about the firm ..I can only say that I think that it's the only company that make such a lift for high vehicles.. Jeff the designer who owns karitek has one on his van that takes 4 kayaks ... they are all pretty well made to order to fit your van...
It's the first time I've used it since having it fitted in the spring so can't say too much other than it appears to be a great bit of kit...time will tell..

Morning all we were under the events tent until abit 11 but it was blanket weather. Beers wine and gin was flowing nicely and us hardy ones could see the fireworks which were amazing @Debs has some great photos!!!
Hope to catch up wit everyone today! 11 by the river Martin says to play with canoes !!

I know some people are going home tomorrow, We are out on the canoeing at 09:15 till some time after lunch, so If we don't see you leave please accept our apologies for not saying goodbye and we really hope that you have enjoyed your stay, if you want and can stay longer you can add nights on Monday when Jan is in the office.

If you are canoeing see you early doors, taxi at 09:10 - 09:15 bring a snack and a drink.

If anybody finds a hat downstream of Shrewsbury it's mine, I lost it when @andy63 new kayak turned over, without any provocation I should say

It did roll back up which I thought wasn't bad after a 30 year layoff, I still had my glasses on but no hat.
