Flashing EC 700 Screen AA Tracker RB 2020 (3 Viewers)

I have replaced my EM 40 panel after the normal terminal overheating problems and hoped I had solved my electrical problems. Unfortunately I now have a flashing EC700 screen (see attached) when not on hook up but ok when hooked up. Checked fuses and cannot see what the problem is. Help please.

Please, did you get an answer to this? My pannel has started flashing and text email alert reports the batteries are dead/low... switching off the pannel for a few minutes... the issue clears and batteries appear fine.. anyone any ideas??
