Bill the best way to get this off the ground is to choose a date and stick with it then post that date and the full directions to the rally site inc post code so that people can look it up, and the cost. At the moment people are holding back because of a lack of information. Then everything will fall into place, you should also find an alternative marshal to be on standby in case you get called away to work. Goole is a great location I can recommend the waterways museum as a great afternoon out. Good luck with it wish I could be there but my site will be busy at that time of year.
