Welcome Sid. i’d just use a cheap antenna with a long lead you can place on the roof through a skylight when you want to use TV, but if you really start using the camper you will find you are often in places with poor reception. It’s why for the last 25years or so the upgrade was a self seek satellite system, you will see many many dishes on other campers, it was always expensive though.
The solution now is to get a high data subscription on your mobile contract and acquire/bring an amazon fire stick. It gives access to the streaming services of all the big TV channels (Iplayer etc) and also Netflix etc if you have a sub. The great thing is with a VPN (it’s not that techy really, if I can suss it anyone can) you can watch any live TV from anywhere while anywhere. It’s how I can watch Formula 1 live on Austrian TV while travelling in France…
I still have the dish, but these days only watch repeats of wheeler dealers and the news using it.
