Hello funsters. Plan to put solar on the van next year, limited space due to 3 x skylights. Space available is approx. 2 off 1400x850mm and 1 off 1400x650mm (approx because I don't have a ladder long enough to get right up there :giggle:) Anyone know an easy way to identify panels by physical dimensions other than trawling websites looking for (often hidden, sometimes non-existent) product specs?

Had a few poor days down in South of France and got down to 27% on the lithiums. I may need to think about another 2 panels and another battery or two to make sure we can last a bad weather patch!

How much solar have you? We are heading to Spain/Portugal this winter and have 700 watts and 2 x 100 lithium cant really fit anymore batteries but thinking of taking a 100 w portable that can be angled.

I made up some wooden frames the same size as the panels with the mounting brackets attached to make sure the panels would fit before I purchased them. Well worth doing if space is tight.
