Hi everybody, we’ve finally splashed out and bought a van. It all seems very complicated and so much to learn. Everybody says once you’ve done it you’ll remember it and everything will become second nature. Fingers crossed👍

Enjoy!

(Experience has always been something you get just after you needed it. ;) )

Enjoy your new toy, are you keeping it a surprise what you’ve bought 😂

It’s a quite old but very low mileage Peugeot Autocruise with very low mileage. It’s very clean and drives beautifully, we can’t wait to get away in it with the 2 dogs.

Welcome to the Fun House

Get all your stuff together and start by spending a couple of nights on your drive if you can and resist going into the house. You will soon learn what you need to know !

You won’t regret it, as newbies to MH but ex caravanners we are enjoying short trips atm but looking forward to planning more adventures and longer trips.
They are a friendly bunch on here, but watch out for the Yorkshire lot!😉😂

This forum is wonderful, when we first got our moho we would have been lost without all the help we got from members. Don't be afraid to ask the questions or think they are daft ones. You will always find people willing to help and we were all newbies once!

Welcome and happy MH'ing
We made lists of what to check/do to start with, such as a 'leaving home' list, to a 'setting up' list and finally a 'leaving site' list, til we got in to the swing of things (although, still need that piggin list as easy to forget things when leaving site such as, is the step away, have we opened our skylight blinds, is our ariel down, also, have we turned off the water pump when leaving the van for the day)
You'll have lots of fun and hey, when stuff doesn't go to plan, it's part of the adventure
The difference between an ordeal and an adventure is how we look or deal with it
