A brand new unregistered 2024 Bailey Alora can be had for £64k on the road, Inc free awning & TV fitted. Usual/before offer price for the same was £78k.

How much do you think we'll lose after year 1, 2 & 3?

Depends on whether you sell privately or to a dealer ( and whether for cash or PX). If you bought it this month from a dealer and sold it to them for cash next month I wouldn't be surprised at getting £10k less. If you sold privately I think you would have to sell for £5k less than a dealer would sell for to get much interest and there are a limited number of buyers who want to buy new or nearly new privately. I don't think the before offer/ usual price has any bearing on likely retained value as no one is going to pay it if the dealers are offering money off!
