I received a letter today for a safety recall on fiat Ducati. However the number to call 00800 3428 1111 does not appear to be correct.
Any body else found this? Or, has anyone a number for Fiat recall in the UK?
Thanks.

We have a Fiat Ducato only had a recall on the gas system, which was deemed all safe and good with no work needed.

I received a letter and mine's a 2017, so earlier than yours. I'll just call my local Fiat dealer and get it done 😊
Agreed,

Was aware of the recall before collection as when viewing took a photo of the weight plates and rang a friendly Fiat garage for a chat.

Hi There I just phoned the local Fiat garage in Southampton and quoted the Fiat No. in the letter; they sorted a booking out for me there and then.
I think your nearest Fiat garage would be Preston Profesional on : 01772471466 Best wishes Tony

Re post #19 just had a call from local fiat dealer to inform me that my van is not included in the recall ,so checked the letter again ,chassis number not correct also the reg number is not correct ,it was my first van 3YEARS ago ,ah well saves a trip to Stoneacre , so if you have changed vans just recently best to check the letter again could save you a unwanted trip.

I made the same search using make model and year and obviously got the same result as you, however I them did another search on the same Gov.uk site using my registration number and it came up with 'No Recalls'. Strange. I'll have to contact the local Fiat Professional garage on Monday to confirm one way or the other.

Had the letter from fiat for the brake pipe but when I went on gov.com to check if the steering knuckle one was there and neither showed up.
Ditto for ringing local dealership on Monday.

No, Not yet but I will give it a go and see what that throws up.

Have now checked it on Fiatcamper.com and it shows nothing due at the current time. Cheers.
