Fiat Extended Warranty

Chris,
Camper UK set mine up. You should have an official certificate issued by Fiat, setting out, amongst other things, the term and mileage limits. There is also very brief booklet setting out what is covered, but essentially it extends the original warranty and CamperAssist provisions.

Just checked and posted on another thread. My order form for the warranty says:

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
3.1 The Roadside Assistance (as defined in Appendix 2) will be provided by companies authorised by FIAT in the event that the VEHICLE breaks down due to a defect in the Base as a result of faulty materials or workmanship during manufacture, in accordance with these General Conditions.

I will phone Fiat to check whether accidents etc are actually covered by the recovery service.

Thanks Beltie. I will also ask about the booklet and certificate. The brake pipe recall was done two weeks ago and they said it was fixed. They pushed the lower clip back onto the bulkhead but the two pipes are not held together. One is out of the clip. First (two year) service next week I will ask them to check again.
