So, there are none anywhere in the world according to repairers and mh dealers in the uK.
Adams Morey have a back order for 5 (I'm number 5), Travelworld where I bought the MH have a back order of 30 or 40 dating back to end of last year, Lowdhams havent any either and no-one seems to be able to get one.
Fiat Italy are forwarding my enquiry to their international parts expeditor (not holding my breath).
My problem is that while "it is safe to drive" even though the engine light is on and the start/stop isnt working, what happens if:

1. The particulate matters become a problem but because the sensor isnt working, I won;t know about it
2. There's another different engine fault and because the EMS light is already on, I think it s still the PMS problem and won't know until the engine blows up/siezes creating an expensive repair that I might be liable for because I may have breached the warranty in some way

Grrrrrrr:(

I'm so glad my ducato is the last of the euro 5+ models. No adblu and it still shows as free in all the low emission zones.

Very strange, it took my fiat garage just over 2 weeks to get the PM sensor from Fiat and they did say when they ordered it that they were on back order with no visibility as to how long it would take. I am not sure what is happening to others although, the garage did seem surprised that the part arrived so quickly.

There is a major problem with new Fiats. This particulate matter sensor fails at almost exactly 2000 miles. Symptoms are engine warning light on, and stop/start no longer operative. Its not a problem with the stop/start, this is automatically disabled when the engine management light comes on.

Its an easy fix if you can get the part!!!! Fits near the exhaust and takes less than 30 min to change and reset the EMS.

Our motorhome is just coming up to 2000 miles so this is a worry as we have long trip coming up at the end of August.
When it does happen, if you continue driving does it eventually go into limp mode?

It does not go into limp mode. Mine would drive fine, but later learned it was best not to go above 2500rpm. Mine is an auto and rarely goes above that anyway so wasn't a big problem. However I only did 2-300 miles after the light came on.

Ours happened at 2000 Miles as well but as we were away a the time we probably did another 400 Miles. Doesn't seem to have have caused a problem and it never went into limp mode.

Is this a new sensor problem, ie specific to adblue models or is it same sensor as previous models ie euro6 or 5 where there are two different options.

Ours is a late 2021 model so definitely with adblue

New vans only, happens at about 2000 miles. Obviously a large faulty batch of new sensors.
