2015 AutoTrail Imala 615 had a spare. 2018 AutoTrail Apache 634 has a spare. So, as already said, dpends on the conveter

Our Dethleff Trend 2017 (FIAT) did not have a spare, so I purchased a wheel and a Michelin camper tyre the same as was fitted because in some countries the tyres on the the axle should be the same. Spare stored in garage of van.

3 blowouts in short succession, ALL due to aged tyres. Full set (6) sorted that. A straight puncture (not a split) is an easy fix with "gunk". IMV, Tyre AGE is the prime concern, in the past I carried a tyre only, Most tyre fitters have the means to change a tyre. If you tell the dispatcher, they send the correct vehicle.
