Hi everyone. I’m new to this group.
long story but here goes.
I reported that the Bluetooth mic on my radio wasn’t working 2 weeks after we picked it up brand new.
I can hear the caller but they can’t hear me when I’m talking on the phone.
the dealer has not done anything to help us. Now that it’s out of warranty they say they didn’t know about the problem. This is unbelievable as ice called them twice a week, but no one comes back to me.
I just want to get it sorted. I pulled the radio out yesterday and there isn’t a place to connect an external mic, so it must be built in. Can anyone help as I’ve had enough.

Hi Mosie,
Just had the exact same issue as you on my father's motorhome.
Using this post and the photos of the plug and the microphone were found the plug.
It is located on the loom that runs from behind the fuse box (right up by the front of the van) or in the space to the right of drivers seat. The trick is that it is covered in white tape.
If you start on the smooth loom (no conduit cover) that runs up the A Pillar and work back to the fuse box area. It is at the second loom junction. Remember it's covered in white tape.
