While there is a reserve list anyone who has there name on the main list and also that of another main list which clashes then you have until the end of February to either decide or be relegated to the reserve list.

Sorry if this upsets anyone but it's the fairest way. Folk need to be able to plan rather than be left to last minute.

Totally agree with you Sandra and really fair giving people until the end of February. There are many many really good meets on this forum but you can't go to them all in the same year! I am always amazed at the number of people that put their names down on a list just to cancel much nearer the date. It's as though they don't want to miss out so just add their names to everything which often denies others the chance of fun as they look at the list and long list of reserves and then make other plans.
