Factory fit Sat dish & Solar Panels or dealer fit/ third party on a new Carthago?

Probably more down to the mifi, Most masts transmit on more than one band the phone has probably picked up one band and the mifi another. On cheap mifi's you can't change the band.

I have found the opposite the mifi with MIMO aerial always outperforms the phones, often been in areas with no phone signal at all but been able to get a 3g via the mifi.
Well I contacted motorhomeWifi and they came up with all sorts but still not as good as our phones even on same network so I won’t bother again and save £400🤣

Hi all,

As I have stated on a previous post, I am looking to order a new Cathago. My dilemma is do I spec it with factory fit sat dish ( telco twin lmb skew) at a cost of £2740 , and solar ( 2x 100w) panels at £1730.

Your opinions/experience/suggestions welcome
On our s plus we had the Carthago option (dealer stock van). It worked, but the 200watts is not a huge amount if you're a heavy user, and the cbe pwm controller wouldn't be my first choice so it was changed to Victron. Next week it will be added to with additional higher capacity panels. We fitted our previous e line with victron kit, again a stock van, work was done by the dealer, and I agree with Lenny to make sure you spec the kit you want.....
