Might see some appearing from the Hymer stables with the US owners influence in the future ?

Just found a Frankia Vario Space by accident on mobile.de. Not to my taste - much prefer the straightforward i840GD - but here’s the link:

? quite a big van as well, the one we saw was about 7.5 metres And the slide was in the bedroom.

I can see the extra space but not my cup of tea either.

My RS has a slide. You can have two if you wish. Does add weight so you WK t find anything under 3.5t.

My slides takes the kitchen and lounge out to the side. Also, you have to have hydraulic levelling which adds more weight. That said, I have almost 2t if carryi g capacity in mine.

I looked at the Vario space a few years ago before settling on the RS. UK manufacturer swung it for me in case anything went wrong. Frank is only make theirs to order as I recall. It had some clever features too

Seems a lot of money for a near on 10 year old van.

When I looked at Dusseldorf some 8 or 9 years ago the van worked out at 150k then. Slide out on this one is small compared to mine. 10 years old, I think I would worry about it without a really thorough mechanical check.
