Euro tunnel tickets expired

Steve and Denise. Germany is a great place to visit at this time of year, if you are able to travel at short notice.
There are a good few of us over here now, and you can do the Tunnel to Trier on the Moselle, in one hit.

This month is their Wine Festival time, Rhine In Flames time, and Oktoberfest time in Munich, plus several beautiful scenic routes through the country.

You can easily get a fortnight's holiday with decent weather, assuming that Rosie's AHC is already sorted. (y)

I hope you can sort something out, rather than lose the tickets.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Booked our tunnel in November 2021 to travel on January 2022 then due to covid and having to wait 4 months for parts for our van we decided to put our trip off until January 2023 only to find out today our tickets expire in November ☹️ That was a waste of £330 I think someone could be trying to tell me something 🤣

Have you tried messaging them on the chat function?

I had some tickets booked for February 2020 of course that was when all the 'issues' started off. Euro Tunnel gave us a credit note to be used by June 2021. Due to being in and out of lockdown and the restrictions on entering France we never used it and it expired.

This year my sister asked us to join them on holiday so I said I would if I can get Euro Tunnel to honour the credit note. Anyway they did much to my surprise! I explained the reasons why we couldn't travel before and they said if we booked in the next 9 days (strange number) we could use the credit note.

It may be worth a try!

I think I'd still message them, you may get an operative who is more understanding. Worth a shot and you've got nothing to lose. Our credit note was over a year expired!
