Tour Guide Wanted Euro trip plan - Is it feasible ?

This just looks like a 'tick-box' journey. Too much driving, not enough relaxing.

You will need a holiday when you get back!

Earlier this year I did 3000 mile trip over six weeks. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to do it in less time. In a three week period, I would suggest a max of 2000 miles and preferably less for it to feel anywhere near a 'holiday'.

This summer we did a round trip of 1600 miles over two weeks and four of those nights were in one place. I must admit that I did enjoy the rest. We only went as far as Macon to see friends but next year we will not be going there so hoping to do less driving.
